Scipione Building & Renovations was founded in 2019 by owner Geoffrey Scipione. After seven years of flipping homes, from completely gutting and renovating, to knocking down and building spec homes, Geoff obtained his Builders License and began working with clients. "Just as in all the homes I've flipped or built, my goal going into any project is to do it the way I would do it in my own home, with high end custom finishes as the standard.  My favorite part of working with clients is using my experience rehabbing homes to show people how they can reimagine spaces in their own homes, while focusing on all of the little details that take a renovation to the next level." From design and material procurement, all the way through to the end of the finished product, clients can rest assured knowing they will have someone managing the project every step of the way.
